The Thing Shop's 2nd Annual
"Things in the Sun" Show

Vista, CA - May 3, 2003

     
The Thing Shop's Second Annual Things-in-the-Sun show will be held at Brengle Terrace Park in Vista, California, 35 miles north of San Diego.

When: Saturday May 3rd, 2003. The gates open at 8:00 AM. The show starts at 9:00 AM. Awards will be given out at 1:00 PM.

Where: Brengle Terrace Park. 1200 Vale Terrace Dr. (Off Highway 78), Vista, California 92085.

Price: $10 per entrant for showing his/her Thing. Everyone else is free.

Goodies: Every entrant gets a dash plaque. The Thing Shop is selling event t-shirts for $8.

Prizes: There will be a car judging. The top 20-25 Things receive valuable prizes from The Thing Shop. Remember, we will also have categories such as "Trailer Queen" and "Most Likely to Blow Up on the Way Home" so every vehicle should have a category to belong in. We'll also have a raffle for door prizes every hour on the hour.

Food: You'll find FREE hamburgers and hot dogs at the food booth.

Thing Stuff: The Thing Shop is bringing a large array of items for sale at bargain prices, including numerous other vendors. There will also be a FREE Swap Meet area for individuals.
